Wyke Financial was established by Managing Director Daniel Wyke who has worked in the property industry since 2004. The aim was to set up a specialist mortgage and insurance brokerage who centred on meeting client’s needs in a fast efficient way, keeping core values of transparency and good communication, whilst ultimately guiding through to a successful completion.

Daniel has vast experience working in both the Property and Financial Services Industry since 2005. Having managed several Estate Agency Branches in the past Daniel opted to a career move into Financial Services in 2013 and enjoyed great success. In 2017 decided to use his experiences to launch Wyke Financial.
In his personal life Daniel is married to his wife Rebecca and has two young Children. When not working or with the children Daniel enjoys Tae Kwon Do and Football.
Becky Wyke – Company Secretary

Becky is responsible for the background operations of the business and a key figure in strategic planning and growth of Wyke Financial.

Leanne Martin – Head of Support

Having spent 12 years in the banking industry for a major high street lender, Leanne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Wyke Financial. Her previous banking career involved many roles but most notably she spent time as an in branch mortgage advisor. It is this specific industry knowledge that makes Leanne the ideal candidate to head up our processing team. Leanne is responsible for ensuring all cases are seen through to completion and keeping clients updated of the progress.
In her spare time she enjoys home cooking to include amongst other things the production of a rather potent rhubarb gin!
Karla Holley – Mortgage and Protection Advisor

Karla has been working in the Financial Industry for the past 14 years and has gained a wealth of experience during this time.
Having been a successful Mortgage Advisor for a high street bank for a number of years she made the decision in 2018 come on board with Wyke Financial to give her greater access to the whole market, meaning she can offer her clients a wider variety of products in the mortgage, protection and insurance markets.
She is friendly and approachable and prides herself on her professionalism and outstanding customer service.
In her personal life she is mum to 2 young daughters and enjoys spending time with her family.
She likes to sing (although she can’t) and loves exploring new parts of the country, most recently being the Lake District.
Mark Pearson – Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Mark has been qualified as a mortgage advisor since 2004 and has a wide variety of experience within the mortgage and property sector. Whilst proficient in all types of mortgage and insurance Mark also has gained a wealth of experience in dealing with more complex mortgages, where clients have found it difficult to be accepted by the high street lenders, either due to unusual employment contracts or adverse credit scenarios. Mark believes whatever your circumstances every clients case should be considered.
Outside of work Mark, lives locally with his family and enjoys all types of sport, especially running and raising money for charity.

Having previously spent 10 years working with the Lloyds Banking Group, Rebecca has always felt her career was in Financial Services. After a break from the industry Rebecca felt it was high time she dusted down those Cemaps and came back to the mortgage industry.
Rebecca’s attentiveness to her clients has already resulted in a plethora of 5* client reviews and we are sure there will be many more to come.
In her personal life Rebecca spends time with her family and enjoys the “occasional” glass of wine!

Having started with Wyke Financial in August 2020 as an administrator, Millies enthusiasm, understanding and hunger for the financial services industry has shown no bounds.
Having been the support for MD Daniel Wyke for the past few years Millies attentive approach to client care has naturally seen her develop towards becoming a broker. It was our greatest pleasure to help Millie on this journey and we are delighted that Millie has qualified as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor and began looking after our valued clients in this capacity from May 2024.
In her personal life Millie enjoys time away with her husband.

Having been in the Property Industry Since 2017 Becky has brought her excellent industry Knowledge to Wyke Financial.
Having started out in Estate Agency, Becky built up an excellent understanding of the industry after 4 years working as a Conveyancing Assistant at local firm Seaton’s Solicitors.
This prior understanding of the legal process makes Becky an invaluable asset to our team, and along with excellent customer service skills, can make clients mortgage journey as smooth as possible.
Becky is currently on maternity leave after the arrival of her second son.

Having worked in the Industry since 2020 as a Mortgage and Protection Support Chands brings with her a superb understanding of the processes involved in the mortgage industry.
Her attention to detail and understanding of client’s needs is second to none and she continues to be a huge asset to the team.
Chands spare time is spent with her family and friends. She also enjoys regular walks with her dog, Coco.

Joining us in Jan 24 Dan comes with a wealth of mortgage experience coming from a national firm who’s background was predominately new build mortgages. Dan has demonstrated excellent customer care and focus and is currently doing his CeMap to further his understanding of the mortgage industry.
In his spare time he spends time with his daughter and plans trips round the globe. He is an avid sports follower and big fan of both Man United and LA Rams.
Craig Hayward – Mortgage & Protection Support

An integral member of our support team based at our Corby office. Craig brings with him a wealth of experience in the Financial services industry with a career before joining us spanning nearly 8 years.
His previous roles have seen Craig at a renowned national building society where he finished his time as a Senior Underwriter and also working for a local brokerage for 18 months as Mortgage Processing Manager.
Craig’s spare time is spent Managing Burton Park Wanderers FC and spending quality time with his partner.
